“People enjoy coming here because of the friendly, family vibe that they feel,”
– Clayton Farmer
The Clinic at Farmer’s MedShoppe is a full-service, state-of-the-art medical clinic offering primary and urgent care. Whether you are sick or need a well check, there are four medical providers and 12 exams rooms to take care of you. The Clinic at Farmer’s MedShoppe includes advanced medical equipment and two waiting rooms to accommodate the sick and healthy, respectively.
In April of 2010, Clayton Farmer read a Time Magazine feature story that indicated there were approximately 1,000 walk-in medical clinics operating in the United States. Clayton couldn’t believe there were that few nationwide. By July of 2010, he added to that total. The Clinic at Farmer’s MedShoppe prides itself on exceptional medical care and the personal connection between the medical providers and their patients.
“People enjoy coming here because of the friendly, family vibe that they feel,” Clayton shared. “The nurse and the provider truly care about the patient’s health and their well-being—they are not just a patient in another clinic. They’re part of a family, The Farmer’s MedShoppe family.”
In addition to urgent care, The Clinic at Farmer’s MedShoppe offers health screenings, physical examinations, immunizations and imaging (x-rays). On-site lab services include flu testing, cholesterol testing, hemoglobin for A1C diabetics, streptococcus (Strep Throat), mononucleosis, pregnancy testing, and PT/INR for Coumadin Therapy patients.
